Economy Supplies Lumber Products

Lumber is the cornerstone of our business. Whether you’re building a deck, framing a house or just putting some shelves up in your garage, choosing the right lumber will make or break your project.

Pine

This is the heart of the Pine Belt, it by far the most commonly used lumber in this area. Pine is stronger and less expensive than most every other softwood species which makes it ideal for framing. “C” grade pine sands to a smooth finish and is virtually free of knots, making it the first choice for many trim carpenters.

Treated

Micronized Copper Azole (MCA) is the chemical used in most of our pressure treated lumber. It offers superior decay and termite resistance, without the toxicity and corrosiveness or previously used formulas.

Cedar & Cypress

Nature’s rot and insect resistant lumber. Perfect for a natural look in lap siding or a board and batten look.

Finger Joint

In a hurry? Check out our finger jointed and primed lumber. This will save you time before painting because the mill has already done the work for you.

Hardwoods

Oak, Soft Maple and Poplar. We keep these three domestic species in 4/4 lumber and all the appropriate finish grade plywoods to compliment. But if you require more exotic species…

Specialty

You might be surprised to know that most all domestic and exotic hardwoods, planed to your desired thickness can be available in as little as one day. Our experienced staff can help you order the perfect tongue and groove boards, lap siding or molding in just about any species, softwood or hardwood.
